Part-time Production Artist with an eye for design to cover a maternity leave.
Our client in Roselle, is seeking a part-time professional to assist during a maternity leave coverage. They are seeking a strong Production Artist with a very good eye for design to fill in while their current designer is out on maternity leave for roughly 8 weeks. This role will be a on a part time basis for the most part but may be asked to work longer if a deadline should necessitate. At this time the role is expected to work from 10 to 2pm Monday - Friday but there is some flexibility if a different time works better. The work is really more production with a design sense since it will most likely be for making type changes and swap out pictures for various collateral pieces . On occasion you may need to help with some email design so ability to work with HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver ideal. Currently our client runs CS5 software on a MAC platform.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands on production with an eye for design experience
Able to work on all kinds of collateral from ads to multi page documents
Working knowledge of CS5 software on a MAC platform
Ability to work with HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver as it pertains to email design
Must be able to work on site
Targeted start date: End of December
Assignment Length: 8 weeks
Hourly rate is up to $25.00/hr.
